Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Cooking Time: 1 hour and 30 minutes

1 pound almonds
½ cup granulated sugar
½ cup brown sugar
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. salt
1 egg white
1. In the meantime, take a small bowl, place egg white in it, and then
whisk until frothy.
2. Add remaining ingredients for the seasoning in it, whisk until blended,
then add almonds and toss until well coated.
3. Take a sheet pan and then spread almonds mixture in it.
4. When the grill has preheated, place a sheet pan containing almonds
mixture on the grilling rack and grill for 90 minutes until almonds
have roasted, stirring every 10 minutes.
