8–10 pieces bacon, cut event into same-sized pieces measuring 4
inches each
3 duck breasts; boneless and with skin removed and sliced into strips
measuring ½ inches
Sriracha sauce
6 de-seeded jalapenos, with the top cut off and sliced into strips
1. Wrap the bacon around one trip of pepper and one slice of duck
2. Secure it firmly with the help of a toothpick
3. Fire the grill on low flame and keep this wrap and grill it for half an
hour until the bacon turns crisp
4. Rotate often to ensure even cooking
5. Serve with sriracha sauce
