Crispy Garlic Potatoes

1 pound baby potatoes, scrubbed
1 large white onion, peeled, sliced
3 garlic, peeled, sliced
1 tsp. chopped parsley
3 tbsp. butter, unsalted, sliced
1. In the meantime, cut potatoes in slices and then arrange them on a
large piece of foil or baking sheet, separating potatoes by onion slices
and butter.
2. Sprinkle garlic slices over vegetables, and then season with salt, black
pepper, and parsley.
3. When the grill has preheated, place a baking sheet containing potato
mixture on the grilling rack and grill for 40 minutes until potato slices
have turned tender.
4. Serve immediately.
