Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

Ingredients:
1 pound pumpkin seeds
1 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. olive oil
Directions:
1. In the meantime, take a baking sheet, grease it with oil, spread
pumpkin seeds on it and then stir until coated.
2. When the grill has preheated, place a baking sheet containing pumpkin
sees on the grilling rack and let grill for 20 minutes.
3. Season pumpkin seeds with salt, switch the temperature of the grill to
325°F, and continue grilling for 20 minutes until roasted.
4. When done, let pumpkin seeds cool slightly and then serve.
